Shipping Policy

Dex Athleisure Ltd. ships to all 50 states within the United States via USPS.  Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.  Once your order is processed and shipped, you should receive your order in 2-8 business days.  All orders ship from Saint Henry, Ohio.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love all of your Dex apparel, however we understand if you need to make a return or exchange. 

Returns and Exchanges

  • Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All merchandise returns are eligible for store credit only, and will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

  • To start your return process, simply email dexathleisure@gmail.com stating the reason for your return.  We will email you a return shipping label.

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed, but if we have the size and color in stock, we will work with you to exchange your item.  Please email dexathleisure@gmail.com for all exchange inquiries. 

  • All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and free of make-up, odor, perfume and deodorant.  

  • Management reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason based on their sole discretion.

  • There are NO returns or exchanges on sale or pop-up shop items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Once your return is received, it may take 3-6 business days for processing before receiving your store credit via email.

Damaged Items

If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you will have 3 days after receiving your order to contact us at dexathleisure@gmail.com.  Please provide a description of the damage, pictures and a copy of your invoice/receipt.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS.  Ownership of packages is then turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped.  We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping info.  Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, therefore any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.

Pop-up Shops and In-Home Shop Events

  • All sales are final at Pop-up and In-home shopping events

  • Items will not be held

  • Cash and credit only sales

Local Pick-Up

Local pick-up for orders is available upon request to those local to Saint Henry, Ohio.
